Back in the 1980s, the Democrats and Reagan agreed to tax hikes and future spending cuts. The tax hikes came but the spending cuts never materialized, which Reagan later regretted.
Who’da thunk it, that people know the government needs to stop spending, and want it to, yet politicians will again ignore the will of the people and instead focus on executing a scapegoat and liquidating the kulaks? Amazing that the Republicans have the most popular solution, but yet somehow they’re being sidelined by fanatical marxists out to stoke anger against “the rich”… which never seem to include any of their own pet billionaire activists.
