Welcome To Wyoming

… and just like moving to any state, that means assimilating.

Rabid leftist activist Rev. Audette Fullbright wrote demanding that Wyoming submit to her newcomer “educated” demands.  State Representative Hans Hunt replied in the best manner possible.

Via the Blaze:

Dear Representative,

I hope you are taking care of yourself during this busy session. I know it is a challenging, compressed time.

I am writing to express my grave concern about House Bill 105. Ample evidence has shown that schools and guns do not mix, and in particular, guns in the hands of amateurs/non-professionals is extremely dangerous, especially in any highly-charged situation. to expose our children to greater risk in their schools by encouraging more guns on campuses is something that we cannot allow.

My husband and I moved to Wyoming not too long ago. We believed it was a good place to raise children. With the recent and reactive expansion of gun laws and the profoundly serious dangers of fracking, we find we are seriously reconsidering our decision, which is wrenching to all of us. However, the safety of our family must come first. We are waiting to see what the legislature does this session. I know of other new-to-Wyoming families in similar contemplation. Your choices matter. It would be sad to see an exodus of educated, childrearing age adults from Wyoming as a result of poor lawmaking.

sincerely,

Rev. Audette Fulbright

And the response from Hunt:

Rev. Fulbright,

I’ll be blunt. If you don’t like the political atmosphere of Wyoming, then by all means, leave. We, who have been here a very long time (I am proudly 4th generation) are quite proud of our independent heritage. I don’t expect a “mass exodus” from our state just because we’re standing up for our rights. As to your comments on fracking, I would point out that you’re basing your statement on “dangers” that have not been scientifically founded or proved as of yet.

It offends me to no end when liberal out-of-staters such as yourself move into Wyoming, trying to get away from where they came from, and then pompously demand that Wyoming conform to their way of thinking. We are, and will continue to be, a state which stands a head above the rest in terms of economic security. Our ability to do that is, in large part, to our “live and let live” mentality when it comes to allowing economic development, and limiting government oversight. So, to conclude, if you’re so worried about what our legislature is working on, then go back home.

Sincerely,

Hans Hunt

Representative Hans Hunt

House District 02

There has been a slow migration of the leftist “educated” elitists who demand that their ideology be accepted as the only choice.  They leave some decrepit state that they’ve thoroughly corrupted and destroyed (like California), then move to a free state (like Colorado), and slowly, progressively destroy it.  Then they move on to the next state, demanding that the leftist ideology that destroyed their last state be implemented in the new one.

Fulbright is a leftist political activist who’s demanding that Wyoming bow to her will and adopt her leftist ideology.  She comes in with the smug attitude that she and her “educated” ideas be adopted.  She posits that guns are bad and that defenseless schools are somehow a good thing – something that people from Wyoming have learned over generations is utter foolishness.  Yet she insists that her “education” dominate their ideas.

Kudos to Representative Hunt for standing up for Wyoming – and I say that as a former resident.

For those unaware, Chris LeDoux, who’s considered the musical voice of Wyoming, wasn’t a native – he assimiliated.

The Casper Tribune, in the usual vein of media everywhere (they certainly aren’t the Greybull Standard), screws things up from almost the first sentence in their own story:

CHEYENNE — A Newcastle state lawmaker is refusing to apologize after telling a Cheyenne minister that her and her family should leave the state if she doesn’t like Wyoming politics.

Those aren’t Wyoming politics, those are Wyoming virtues.  The Equality State doesn’t play favorites.  It doesn’t disarm people to make them “safe” because that doesn’t work.  Wyoming stood up for the citizen so much that it’s now one of only four states with constitutional carry.  Wyoming residents remember things like the Johnson County War.  They know that guns have utility, for good or evil.  Disarming people makes no one safer.

They also know not to trust environmentalists who claim that no one else knows anything about science… especially when that science, as in the anti-fracking case, is backed by political entities opposed to certain industries.

People from Wyoming have seen what happened to Colorado – how the swarm of Californians who moved there with their “great ideas” have turned the once-great state into a pot-smoking basketcase that hates any freedoms other than getting high, led by representatives that want women to be raped rather than letting them defend themselves, and are driving businesses out of Colorado.

The left poisons an environment with its own failed, destructive ideology, then individual leftists move, fleeing the wastelands they leave behind to infect other free areas with their love of oppression of the individual and elevation of the state.  They leave one “utopia” that’s an unliveable hole and go to create another.

One astute commenter paraphrased leftist Fulbright’s demands:

“I moved here, to a place with a different culture, both civil and political, but expect you to kowtow to MY different preferences and change YOUR culture to suit ME. I shouldn’t have to adapt to the way things have been here for generations, I should be able to impose my will, standards and beliefs upon you backwards hicks, because I’m smarter than you. I’m EDUCATED.”

Thank you Representative Hunt for standing up to this.

Reblogged this on News You May Have Missed and commented:
    Welcome To Wyoming

    • Sharing this. Thank You.

They “migrated” to my home State (WA) and destroyed it. That’s why I had to leave and move to Montana. And now they’re spreading their putrid stench here Colorado is lost, as are most places those evil beasts have squatted and vomited.

Montanans do NOT like Californians. Move here from California and you will get the stink eye first, then……

      • ShortTimer says:

Californians don’t even like Californians. Keep in mind Cali used to be a very conservative state, with a classic liberal attitude towards economics and a very live & let live attitude. You have to go back a few more decades, but they didn’t used to be the way they are now.

A lot of northern California would be happy to split the state in two; and the Central Valley is still furious that they’re being bled dry of water so that the delta smelt can be happy – meanwhile the people there are out of jobs and the breadbasket of Cali is being turned into a dust bowl.

  2. […] And the priceless response from Hunt!: https://thepatriotperspective.wordpress.com/2013/02/24/welcome-to-wyoming/ […]

  3. I realize there are still some Conservatives there in California, as they are in Washington and Colorado and everywhere else, but all of the Conservatives that I know have left those States. Who wants to be surrounded by those evil beasts when things hit the fan here? You think the L.A. riots were bad? When those idiots realize they won’t be getting their taxpayer funded goodies, they’re going to go ballistic.

Anyone who chooses to remain in that environment had best be ready to fight those beasts or die.

    • ShortTimer says:

      I concur.

There are a lot of conservatives, libertarians, and folks who aren’t statist-leftists who ditched California – but the state didn’t used to be the leftist hole that it is now. Same goes for Washington and Oregon; but it’s so far back that, yeah, it really doesn’t matter much anymore.

An older fellow I’ve exchanged correspondence with over the last few years wrote and mentioned the Maryland post and told me how some 60 years ago when he was a boy, he walked a few miles from one town to another, and partway through town, with his .22 rifle on his shoulder… and it was no big deal.

Of course, that’s more of a discussion of the history of the leftist infection, and what it was like before they got started on their present courses of action.

It would be nice to see more pushback, but Rep. Hunt’s a good start.

      • We still walk around with our guns here in Montana. Nobody even looks, unless they’re admiring my gun. Or if I’m feeling chirpy and find myself headed to one of the commie gutters here, Missoula, Bozeman and Helena.

Montana is ground zero for Agenda 21. They are thick as thieves here, but they don’t assault Conservatives here like they do elsewhere. Conservatives here would just tape them to a tree and feed them to those wolves they Love so much.

      • ShortTimer says:

It’s sad because those are nice towns.

Too bad the original “let me live my own life, man” hippies couldn’t have colonized those cities instead of the “destroy the coal industry” and “you must live as we command you, you idiot hicks” leftists in hippie clothing.

Since that’s a bit out of left field (no pun intended), consider the original hippies:
        http://www.zombietime.com/zomblog/?p=1644

Good point on Agenda 21, as well. I don’t see it as much where I’m at regionally. I’m not in a prime target area for “sustainability” tyranny.

  4. The “radical hippies” of the ’60’s simply took baths, cut their hair, bought taxpayer funded suits and learned how to pillage and rape our once great nation using our own laws.

We will hang by rope we willingly GAVE them unless we stop them soon. There is little left to salvage, but what’s left is worth salvaging.

They’re either going to drive us all out or kill us all. One way or another. Unless we stop them.

“People” who have no hesitation slaughterning innocent children simply out of convenience will have NO trouble at all killing us because we oppose their scheme. People need to understand ust what kind of monsters we’re dealing with today.

Fight or die is all that’s left. We have no other choices.

    • ShortTimer says:

I’d disagree with that only insofar as the system itself allows for liberty, but like the Founders said, it needs a moral people. Conservative types are usually too busy living their lives to mess around in politics, and most folks who are for smaller government don’t go to work for government – because they don’t have any grand ideas of making utopias.

The left does want to create utopias – so they’re motivated. They want to do what’s best for you because you’re too stupid to live your own life, so they’ll run your whole life for you. And that motivates them – every little bit of your freedom that exists is abhorrent to them, because you’re too stupid to understand how to use it according to what they consider a good life. So they’ll force to you live the life they think you should have.

There was no rope given – the system allows people to be free – just some people abused that by moving into government and making it more powerful.

Of course, they had outside help and direction, too. Yuri Bezmenov explained this stuff years ago – none of it should really be a surprise – but the average working joe doesn’t have time or inclination to research it – he’s trying to pay the bills and put food on the table.

He’s neither a professional radical activist, nor an aware, overworked citizen.

That’s at the root of how the left got their power. Most of the nation is busy living their own lives, thankful for the good the country has done for them.

The worst part is that the left is changing what the country is – making it a welfare state – and making the blessings of a free nation not the freedom to live and prosper on your own, but to be coddled and controlled by the government. Of course, FDR did this with his “freedom from want” campaigns in the 1930s, so these aren’t new progressive ideas.

  5. Agree with most of what you said here. In fact, your comment post reads like many of mine do!

They are, however, using our laws to destroy us as they whittle away at our Constitution…. just as islam is doing. They’re sharing strategic planning, operations and deployment amongst their plethora of fascist groups – communists, socialists, democrats, marxists, progressives, liberals, islamic terrorists. They are all one today, for their common hatred of our Freedom, Liberty and our own “social justice” rules.

It’s been in incredibly long process and, as a career Strategist, I will say that they’ve done an AMAZING, efficient and very, VERY effective job on us.

Here’s one of my main concerns……..

FAR too many Conservative have no idea the magnitude of what we currently face. How very diabolical it is and just how far they will go to be rid of us.

There’s the glaringly obvious fact that they have no compunction whatsoever with slaughtering their own (or someone else’s) innocent child, simply because that child is an “inconvenience”. Do you think these monsters will have ANY hesitation whatsoever in slaughtering their enemy and the pesky little “obstacles” that are impeding their progress into full blown communism and islamism? In their beady little eyes, like killing a pesky fly.

For 8 years I’ve been the recipient of some wickedly nasty threats on a daily basis. Rape, torture, death, and worse. To illustrate just how deep and all-encompassing these beasts hate us, here’s one I received on Saturday. I chose this one because it’s not quite so graphic and because it shows their mentality:

——“Your all stupid and the sooner you die the sooner the world will have peace. I don’t think you understand. You and your families existence impedes human evolution.”

What kind of “human being” says these things? Americans exiting the so-called “public education system” (Thanks, “teachers”. You did a real bang-up job!)

These evil things are going to have to be dealt with, and anyone who still believes they can “engage” them is as dangerously gullible as they come.

I have a plethora of other concerns, but this is one that’s gnawing at me day and night. I know that I’m going to have to get into that gutter and be meaner and more ruthless than they are, and that I am going to use their tactics against them. I know that I will have to do whatever is necessary, and I am prepared to do whatever I have to do to stop them.

It’s unsettling to know that I have become meaner, more aggressive and ruthless than they could ever dream of being. I detest them SO deeply I can taste it.

We are dealing with pure, unadulterated evil. If we don’t fight and win, our children will be handed hell on earth.

Too bad so many Conservatives have no clue the magnitude and ruthlessness of this war. I have zero confidence that they will fight when they see just how viscous the battle. They don’t have the spine or the stomach for it, and they don’t know the enemy.

And that, my Friend, is what’s making me want to curl up under the covers and never wake up

    • Forgot to add…. What about those “schools”? Churning these glassy eyed marxists out into our society by the millions. Where’s the outrage? The schools have created these evil beasts, on OUR DIME, and parents are apathetic to it.

I’m fighting more for their children that THEY are, which I find reprehensible and beyond neglect on their part.

When we die off, the .0001% population of home schooled kids will have no voice. They will be living in a nightmare.

Why aren’t people thinking more long term about those indoctrination camps? The long term ramifications of letting this go on are staggering.

Nothing will get better if we don’t stop those indoctrination camps.

But we won’t. So why bother, right?

  6. Wyoming, stand your ground. As a native Arizonan who watched in horror as his childhood home was slowly “californicated,” all I can say is that I wouldn’t wish that fate on any state. Not even California.
