Murderer of Firefighters in Webster, NY, Beat His 92 Year-Old Grandmother To Death With A Hammer

My heart goes out to the families of Michael Chiapperini and Tomasz Kaczowka.  Their memories will not be forgotten.

Tomasz Kaczowka Mike Chiapperini RIP

The lives that Michael and Tomasz helped, saved, and touched especially through their service mean that their memories will live on.

I know a lot of folks in law enforcement and emergency services.  Quite a few.  And the first thing through my mind, upon hearing of how they died nobly, in the line of duty, was that they died at the hands of a man who should never have been let out of prison.

NBC:

The gunman who ambushed four volunteer firefighters, killing two, in upstate New York had spent 17 years in prison for beating his grandmother to death with a hammer in 1980, police said.  … He was convicted of manslaughter in 1981 after the death of his grandmother, Rose Spengler, 92, and was paroled in 1998.

Again, with emphasis:

The murderer who ambushed four volunteer firefighters, killing two, in upstate New York had spent 17 years in prison for beating his 92 year-old grandmother to death with a hammer in 1980, police said.

Again:

The murdering waste of life who ambushed four volunteer firefighters, killing two, in upstate New York had spent 17 years in prison for beating his 92 year-old grandmother to death with a hammer in 1980, police said.

Again:

The murdering waste of life who ambushed four volunteer firefighters, killing two, in upstate New York had spent 17 years in prison for beating his grandmother to death with a hammer and was paroled.

Again:

He beat his 92 year-old grandmother to death with a hammer and was let out of prison.

Why was he let out of prison?  Two good men are dead and two others are seriously hurt right now.  WHY was this murdering waste of life who beat a 92 year-old woman to death with a hammer let loose?

  1. This is but another consequence of the framers failing to expressly establish the Constitution on Yahweh’s morality as codified in His perfect law and altogether righteous judgments (Psalm 19:7-11), including the irrevocable death penalty for murderers such as Spengler. Prison would not be option (for anyone for anything) and, therefore, under Biblical law, such judges who would sentence such a man to prison in the first place wouldn’t even be on the bench. Under such law, Michael Chiapperini and Tomasz Kaczowka would still be alive enjoying Christmas with their families today.

“…That not even one constitutional framer contended for Yahweh, as did King Jehoshaphat, speaks volumes about the framers’ disregard for Him and His judicial system:

‘And he [King Jehoshaphat] set judges in the land throughout all the fenced cities of Judah, city by city, and said to the judges, Take heed what ye do: for ye judge not for man, but for YHWH,4 who is with you in the judgment…. And he charged them, saying, Thus shall ye do in the fear of YHWH, faithfully, and with a perfect heart.’ (2 Chronicles 19:5-9)….”

What a story! Excellent observation. Only Yah’s Laws Work!

  3. […] Remember this?  Guns have little to nothing to do with that crime.  To quote myself: […]
